Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using pikah3flex.org ("PikaH3Flex", "we") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

PikaH3Flex lets you generate short videos with the Pika H3 Flex model from text prompts and images. PikaH3Flex is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators of the Pika H3 Flex model. Results are produced by AI and may be imperfect or differ from what you expected.

Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate account information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Credits, plans and payments

• There is no free tier. Generating a video costs credits; the cost is shown before you start.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Subscription credits are granted monthly and unused ones expire at the end of each monthly cycle. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases and their credits do not expire while your account exists.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a generation fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• When a payment is refunded, the unused credits it granted are removed from your balance.
• Payments are generally non-refundable once credits have been used. If something went wrong with a charge, contact support@pikah3flex.org within 14 days and we will review it.

Your content

You keep the rights to the prompts and images you upload and, as between you and us, to the videos generated for you. You may use your videos for personal and commercial purposes, without a watermark, subject to these terms and applicable law. You grant us the limited permission needed to process your content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use PikaH3Flex to create or upload content that:

• you do not have the rights to, including other people's photos without their consent;
• depicts minors in any sexual or harmful way, or sexual content of real people;
• impersonates or deceives, such as fake news footage or non-consensual deepfakes;
• harasses, threatens, promotes violence or hate, or breaks the law.

Generations may be blocked by automated content filters. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, without refund of used credits.

Storage

Generated videos are kept for 15 days and then deleted automatically. We are not responsible for videos you did not download in time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@pikah3flex.org.
