How PikaH3Flex collects, uses, stores and deletes your data, including the 15-day retention of generated videos.
Who we are
PikaH3Flex (pikah3flex.org) is an online Pika H3 Flex AI video generator. This policy explains what we collect when you use the site, why, and how long we keep it. Questions go to support@pikah3flex.org.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, and a hashed password if you sign up with email.
- Content you submit: prompts, the start-frame images you upload for image to video, and the videos generated for you.
- Billing data: your plan, credit balance, credit history and order records. Card details are entered on our payment processor's checkout page and never reach our servers.
- Usage data: basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, errors) used for security, abuse prevention and fixing problems, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics.
How we use it
- To create your videos: your prompt and start frame are sent to the model only to generate the video you asked for.
- To run your account, charge and refund credits, and send transactional emails such as sign-in links and receipts.
- To keep the service secure and to answer support requests.
We do not sell your data, we do not publish your prompts, images or videos, and we do not use them to train AI models.
How long we keep it
- Generated videos and uploaded start frames are kept for 15 days after a generation finishes. After 15 days the record and the files are deleted automatically from our servers. Download every video you want to keep.
- You can delete a video earlier at any time from the History page.
- Start frames uploaded without completing a generation are deleted within 15 days.
- Account and billing records are kept while your account exists. Order records may be kept longer where tax or accounting law requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can download or delete your videos, update your profile, and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile, credits and remaining videos. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, correct or export your data, or to object to some processing; contact us and we will help.

Children
PikaH3Flex is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Material changes will be announced by email or on the site.
